SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

If you are a program or website owner with an affiliate program and would like to promote your site on ASIANGUYS.COM using your videos and photos, we would be happy to include you in our site. Please read through the guidelines below before contacting us with your marketing materials.

We provide the following areas and methods of promotion of sponsors on our site.

PROFILE PAGE

Sponsors will be assigned a username and profile that coincides with the name of the website they wish to promote. Sponsors will be allowed a 270 x 270 pixel ad space on this page for a profile picture. This picture may contain the domain name of your sponsor website.

VIDEOS

Sponsor videos must be from 1 to 5 minutes in length and be provided in .wmv or .mov format. Videos may contain the domain of your website. Videos must be uploaded in the category appropriate to that video. We retain the right to move videos to appropriate categories according to the content provided. Videos will be provided with a post roll ad linked through your affiliate program to the website promoted in the video. Additionally a banner from your program advertising your website will be displayed below the video player every time your video is played. This banner will also be linked through your affiliate program to the site advertised in the video. You may upload up to 2 videos per day per website.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Sponsor photographs must be at least 500 x 750 pixels and provided in .jpg format. Photographs may contain the domain of your website. Photographs must be uploaded in the category appropriate to that photograph. We retain the right to move photographs to appropriate categories according to the content provided. A banner from your program advertising your website will be displayed below the photograph every time it is displayed. This banner will also be linked through your affiliate program to the site advertised in the photograph. You may upload as many photographs for your profile as you desire but may not upload more than 2 photos per day per website.

To participate in our program please contact us at sponsors@ASIANGUYS.COM, tell us the name of your program, the sites you wish to promote, and the categories of our site you wish to upload your videos and photos. We will then review your program and return your email with login information to your website specific user account (s). You may apply to promote more than one site at a time but you must tell us which sites in your program you wish to promote in advance of our setting up your accounts.

ADVERTISING MATERIALS

To participate in our sponsorship promotional program please be prepared to provide the following information / materials to support this effort:

1. Banner - 480 x 80 or 480 x 100 animated gif banner from the website being promoted. Animated .gifs draw more attention and we feel click better thus aiding in promotions.

2. Profile Pic - 270 x 270 graphic for a user profile pic. May contain the domain of your website but must be no taller than 1/8 of the image and placed in the lower 1/8 of the image.

3. Video Clips - Video clips from 1 to 5 minutes in length featuring content from your website being promoted. The domain of your site may be in the lower portion of the video.

4. Photographs - 500 x 750 pixels up to 600 x 800 pixels. May contain the domain of the website being promoted.

5. Post roll ad graphic - 535 x 410 pixel clickable ad panel in either .jpg or .gif (non animated) format. You can also provide a .flv file for a player of 540 x 410 if you have one.

Once approved and your account has been enabled, you may upload videos and photos to your account daily, not to exceed 2 videos or 2 photos per website per day. We do not allow content flooding by sponsor websites as this detracts from the overall user experience on the site.
